Google Drive Data: With your explicit consent, "Just" may access Google Drive files (documents and spreadsheets) to use as context for AI processing. We access only the files you specifically select and only for the duration needed to provide the requested AI analysis. We do not store, copy, or retain your Google Drive files on our servers.

Personal Information: We do not collect or store personal information directly from users. Any personal data is handled by Atlassian in accordance with their privacy policies.

3. Use of Customer Data

We use Customer Data solely to operate and maintain the functionalities of "Just." Our use of Customer Data includes processing it as you direct through the app but does not include storing or sharing it outside the scope of providing the service.

Google Drive Data Usage: When you grant access to Google Drive files, we use this data exclusively to provide AI-powered context for your Jira workflows. The data is processed in real-time and transmitted securely to authorized AI providers for analysis. We do not use Google Drive data for any purpose other than the specific AI functionality you request, and we do not retain, backup, or store this data after processing.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

Third-Party AI Providers: "Just" integrates with third-party AI services to deliver its features. These providers may process your data as part of the service. We recommend reviewing their privacy policies to understand how they handle your data.

Google Drive Data Sharing: Google Drive data is shared only with authorized AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Mistral AI, X.AI Grok) and only for the specific purpose of providing AI analysis you request. We do not share Google Drive data with any other third parties or use it for marketing, advertising, or any other purposes beyond the core functionality.

Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

5. Data Security

While we rely on Atlassian's infrastructure for data hosting and security measures, we are committed to protecting your data by adhering to industry-standard practices to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure.

Since we do not store or control your personal data, any requests regarding access, correction, or deletion of your data should be directed to Atlassian or the relevant third-party AI providers.

Google Drive Data Rights: You maintain full control over your Google Drive data. You can revoke "Just" access to your Google Drive at any time through your Google Account settings. Since we do not store Google Drive data, revoking access immediately prevents any future access to your files.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the new policy within the app. Your continued use of "Just" after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
