Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using "Just" you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the app.
2. Description of the Service
"Just" is an app that serves as a proxy interface for various AI providers, allowing users to create predefined multi-step scenarios using Jira issues and Google Drive Documents and Spreadsheets as context. The app requires explicit user consent to access Google Drive files and uses this data solely to enhance AI analysis within your Jira workflows.
3. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use "Just" in accordance with these Terms and the usage restrictions specified in your Atlassian Marketplace Order and our Documentation.
4. User Responsibilities
Compliance with Laws: You agree to use "Just" in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Atlassian's policies.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Atlassian account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
User Conduct: You agree not to use "Just" for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to transmitting any malicious code or interfering with the app's operation.
Google Drive Access: You agree to grant access only to Google Drive files that you own or have permission to access. You are responsible for ensuring that any Google Drive content you provide through "Just" complies with all applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.
5. Use Restrictions
You shall not:
Resell or Distribute: Sell, sublicense, distribute, or rent "Just" or any portion of it to any third party.
Reverse Engineering: Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of "Just," except where expressly permitted by law.
Unauthorized Access: Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app or its related systems or networks.
6. Third-Party Services
"Just" integrates with third-party AI providers and Google Drive API. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the services provided by these third parties or how they handle your data. By using "Just," you acknowledge that your Google Drive data may be processed by authorized AI providers to deliver the requested functionality.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership: All intellectual property rights in "Just," including but not limited to software, logos, and trademarks, are owned by us or our licensors.
Feedback: Any feedback or suggestions you provide regarding "Just" are entirely voluntary, and we are free to use such feedback without any obligation to you.
8. Confidentiality
You agree not to disclose any confidential information obtained through "Just" to any third party without our prior written consent, except as required by law.
9. Data Protection
We will handle any personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and comply with applicable data protection laws. Google Drive data access and processing complies with Google API Services User Data Policy and is limited to providing the core functionality of AI-enhanced Jira workflows.
10. Warranties and Disclaimers
Performance Warranty: We warrant that "Just" will perform materially as described in our Documentation. If you report a breach of this warranty within 30 days of discovering the issue, we will use reasonable efforts to correct it.
Disclaimer of Warranties: Except as expressly provided, "Just" is offered "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
11. Limitation of Liability
Indirect Damages: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Liability Cap: Our total liability under this agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the use of "Just" in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or rights of a third party.
13. Term and Termination
Term: These Terms are effective upon your acceptance and continue until terminated.
Termination by You: You may terminate these Terms by uninstalling and ceasing all use of "Just."
Termination by Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to "Just" if you violate these Terms or engage in unlawful activities.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, the rights and licenses granted to you will cease immediately.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Ukraine.
15. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting within the app. Your continued use of "Just" after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
16. Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding "Just."
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
